Our Mission

To save adoptable Weimaraners in desperate need that are either out of time at the shelters or that need to be surrendered by their owner’s due to unfortunate circumstances. It is our mission to have these dogs vetted, trained, rehabilitated and re-homed into great forever homes.

There are over 4 million deserving dogs put to sleep every year in pounds all over the country. The sad reality is that most of these wonderful creatures are very kind animals that just needed some love and care in order to find a place called home. We devote our rescue to being the temporary home for as many of these unfortunate dogs as possible and giving them the love, training, and care they need in order to be placed in a forever home. If you know anything about the weimaraner breed you know that these dogs define mans best friend, they provide absolute unconditional love to their owners and are often referred to as "Velcro Dogs" or as your "Shadow". They have an undeniable need to be loved and do not kennel well as they need to be with people. Please help us continue to save more dogs and give a weimaraner someone to love unconditionally and truly be your best friend.
