Weimaraner Rescue and Adoption of Florida is a Volunteer, non-profit, charitable organization. We could use all the help we can get. If you're interested in fostering one of our weims, please fill out our volunteer form. A representative from Weimaraner Rescue and Adoption of Florida will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your information. If you have not heard from someone within 48 hours please call 561-309-3311 to make sure they received your application.
Our organization is based on volunteers and the more volunteers we have around the state, the more dogs we can save.
You can Volunteer in many ways with Weimaraner Rescue and Adoption of Florida.
These are a few examples of what our volunteers do to help save weims and find them their forever homes
- Provide a Foster Home for rescues until they find their forever home
- Home Visits and Vet Checks
- Marketing for our Organization to get Dogs adopted
- Help Organize Adoption Events
- Transporting Dogs from shelters to Foster Homes or to one of our rescue centers
- Contacting Potential Adopters and making appointments for adopters to meet the dogs
